Experience
My background is in programme management and humanitarian capacity strengthening, having worked in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East as well as South and South-East Asia, on preparedness programmes, tailored training solutions, and support to humanitarian responses. I specialise in entry-level humanitarian operations, designing and managing hybrid learning solutions including simulations (desk-based and immersive), face-to-face and online learning. I also have experience working on technical capacity strengthening initiatives (Public Health and Child Protection in Emergencies). I currently lead a team of Learning Solutions Specialists and Officers at the Humanitarian Leadership Academy.
