Experience
I bring more than 15 years of experience working across international development and humanitarian sectors. In my current role as Deputy Director for Transformational Response, I oversee a portfolio of capacity strengthening and research programmes in the Ukraine Regional Response. I am an expert in research and evaluation, having worked previously at the British Council and Committee on Foreign Affairs at the European Parliament across various research, MEAL, policy and advocacy roles. On the field, I have supported humanitarian programming in Uganda, Mozambique, Ethiopia and Pakistan. I hold postgraduate degrees from the University of Sussex, and University of Copenhagen and graduated from the University of Gdansk.
One thing to know
I hitchhiked from Uganda (Kampala) to South Africa (Cape Town) a very long time ago.
