Experience
I bring over 30 years of global experience in humanitarian work, youth and child protection, and leadership. My career, primarily spent in senior management roles, includes more than 20 years with Save the Children. I have been stationed in diverse regions across the globe. As an independent senior humanitarian and leadership consultant, I collaborate with international governments, INGOs, and UN agencies on child protection and youth inclusion. I excel in evaluating programs, delivering capability training, and energizing teams. I have developed international training programs and policies on leadership in humanitarian crises, team building, youth-led advocacy, protection, and child rights for NGOs, governments, and military groups.
