Capacity Strengthening Surge Pilot Roster
We are excited to be launching the recruitment for the Humanitarian Leadership Academy (HLA) Capacity Strengthening Surge Pilot Roster. We are currently inviting applications for Coaches, Digital Specialists and Process Consultants.
The purpose of the HLA Capacity Strengthening Surge Roster is to enable the HLA to grow, maintain, manage, and deploy a pool of humanitarian coaches, mentors and humanitarian experts who can support local leaders in humanitarian crisis and support the development of local NGOs organisational capacity.
The HLA Roster aims to ensure that we have a list of staff who are available to be allocated specific assignments or pieces of work across the sector depending on the demand and needs. This may include deployments (remote or in-person) to support local organisations developing their capacity in humanitarian response.
At this stage the Roster is being created and launched as a pilot to establish, test and inform its longer-term feasibility, sustainability and scalability. We are therefore seeking to assess a small number of potential suitable candidates, to onboard to the Roster, and allocate and manage through to completion 3 to 5 assignments.
If successful, we hope to expand the Roster and will be seeking further applicants in due course.
