Experience
With 10 years of experience, I have worked in the development and humanitarian sector mainly in the West and Central Africa (WCA) region. Specialised in education, I have combined different jobs in project management and coordination, as well as research and training. I have worked with everything from small, local NGOs to large organisations such as Save the Children International (SCI) or UNESCO.
I currently alternate my position as HLA Lead and regional humanitarian coordinator at SCI in WCA, which allows me to better understand what is going on and the main needs that exist. I firmly believe that education is the tool for social transformation of all societies and with my current responsibilities I support more people to have access to knowledge and more positive change in their communities.
One thing to know
I find crafts very relaxing, as well as reading a book quietly in front of the sea or a long afternoon with friends explaining life to each other.

Definitely Education in Emergencies (EiE) Fundamentals, although the new Conflict Sensitivity course I recommend it to the larger humanitarian community!
